Employee lifecycle
HR manages the full employee journey:
- Onboarding - Create employee record, assign to department, invite to Udala
- Active - Manage leave, view pay slips, update details
- Offboarding - Mark as terminated, generate final pay slip, preserve records for 7 years
Integration with Finance
HR connects directly to Finance with no manual data entry:
- Approved payroll runs automatically create salary expense journal entries
- Leave taken is tracked against each employee's leave balance and costs
- Department headcount links to department budget tracking
