Udala is a multi-tenant SaaS ERP built for entrepreneurs who run multiple companies. Instead of managing 5 different accounting tools and 3 HR systems across your businesses, Udala gives you one login, one interface, and one platform - with complete data isolation between companies.
Each company (tenant) gets its own isolated PostgreSQL schema - your data is never mixed with another organisation's records.
A workspace is a company on Udala. When you sign up, you create your first workspace. On Growth plan, you can create up to 3 workspaces - each one a fully independent company with its own data, users, chart of accounts and modules.
Udala is built from 12 independent modules that share one database. You turn on the modules you need. All modules talk to each other natively - no integrations, no API keys:
Finance owns every money flow across every module. When Procurement creates a purchase order, Finance approves it before it posts to the General Ledger. When HR submits payroll, Finance reviews and approves before disbursement. This keeps your books clean and your audit trail unbroken.
📖 Every transaction that touches money follows this pattern: Operations creates → Finance approves → Finance posts to GL. Rejected transactions are returned to the originator with a written reason.
